Each May at Laurel Run we host a Mother’s Day Garden Party, a day filled with “all things lovely” as we celebrate spring and women. Join us for an morning filled with herbs, flowers and beautiful food. Menu: Sparkling Pink Champagne Punch with a floral wreath, Crudités with Spring Herb Dip, “flower-specked” Deviled Eggs, Cream of Spring Pea Soup with Mint and Crème fraîche; Chicken Salad with Fresh Fruit and Almonds on Croissant, Salad with Strawberries & Pansies. Dessert will be Apricot Bavarian Cream in pot de crèmes with French Madeleine Cookies. Learn the history of the Tussie-Mussies as Marcia assembles one from herbs and flowers in the garden. Bring Mom or someone special to this beautiful class!
