Summer is approaching fast and the flavors of Mexico lend itself perfectly to a relaxed menu for summer gathering. We will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a party with fruity Sangria and Tequila-infused Queso Fundido (a Mexican-style fondue), a vibrant Ceviche, a delicious Grilled Chicken Alambra Tacos with Pico de Gallo and Guacamole and finish with a delicious cool and rich Tres Leche Cake.
