THROWDOWN #15 Shrimp and Grits SOLD OUT

Marcia and George challenge each other one more time. In round #15 they will offer their best Southern classic SHRIMP AND GRITS. What will they bring to the table with this classic? Will it be a simple dish or grits with a twist? After you eat each you will cast your vote! This challenge is always interesting due to the one recipe and so many approaches to it. We will discuss and demo cooking shrimp properly to keep it tender. While they are finishing their entries you will Smoked Deviled Eggs with Sriracha, Pimento Cheese Toasts and Fried Pickles with Remoulade Sauce; Shaved Greens with Bacon and Warm Shallot Dressing; Shrimp and Grits entries, and Georges “Sweet Potato Waffle” with Cinnamon Ice Cream. You are welcome to bring wine.
