FALL CLAM BAKE ON THE STOVE-TOP

Bring a taste of the ocean into your home with a casual Stovetop Clambake. This technique adapts a classic outdoor clambake for the stovetop and produces a mingling of flavors that's nearly the same as the original outdoor bake. The ingredients are steamed together in mesh bags that fit easily into a large pot. Clams and mussels combine with corn, and yams and potatoes for a true one-pot meal. Add Roasted Rosemary Chicken, George’s Famous Iron Skillet Corn Bread and Apple Crisp for a delicious fall dinner! Learn about different clams (little necks, cherrystone, etc) and how to prepare for the clambake.
