HUNGARIAN COOKING Tuesday , March 9, 2010 6:30-9:00pm Here’s to reviving some old favorites that our grandparents loved with traditional recipes from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. This is simple but fabulous food that nourished the soul. We’ll start with Grilled and Stuffed Hungarian Peppers simmered in tomato sauce, and then lead into Baked Whitefish in Horseradish Cream Sauce, Stuffed Kohlrabi, and traditional Chicken Paprikas, and Homemade Spaetzles.
